Building Communities

with People who have Learning Disabilities

Having fun is a key part of life in L’Arche. We choose activities we can all enjoy.
L'Arche is based on a fundamental belief in the dignity of every person.

Our aim is to create communities which welcome people with a learning disability and those who choose to live with them, or support them.

L'Arche seeks to respond to the unhappiness of those who too often are rejected and to give them a valid place in society.

L'Arche also seeks to reveal the gifts of people with disabilities.
